ICT Tender watch: Panama, Honduras, Nicaragua

Panama's government has launched a tender for technological and data architecture and interoperability systems for nine public services under the Panamá en Línea (Panama online) e-government program.

The tender is being managed by the government's innovation authority, with resources provided by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the e-government initiative. Bidding terms and requirements can be found and reviewed on Panama's procurement portal.

Bids must be submitted in person by 3pm local time on May 26, at the following address in Panama City:

Honduran authorities are seeking fiber optics, routers and switching equipment for a local electric network enhancement program.

The tender is being financed with a loan from the IDB on behalf of state-run electric power company Enee. Eligible bidders may obtain additional information by writing to ugp@enee.hn or checking the tender documents on Enee's website, here.

Bids must be delivered by June 27, 2pm local time to: Unidad Coordinadora del Programa, UCP-BID-JICA/ENEE, Residencial El Trapiche, Tercera Etapa, Bloque C-5, Tegucigalpa, Honduras.

The Nicaraguan state-run electric power company, Enel, has invited eligible consultancies to bid on a tender for the deployment of a commercial management system.

The consulting services sought include the digitization and automation of commercial processes as well as consultation to ensure monitoring and control at any stage of the business cycle.

The tender is being financed with an IDB loan for the country's national program for sustainable electrification and renewable energy (PNESER).
