IN BRIEF: Liberalized LPG comes to Cuba's Cienfuegos
Sales of LPG will begin without rationing in the Cuban city of Cienfuegos from June 5, according to local media.
The fuel is produced at the city's refinery (pictured), which completed a major expansion and upgrade in 2012, news portal 14ymedio reported.
The sale of liberalized gas in Cuba began in 2013 in various municipalities of Havana, in addition to Santiago de Cuba, Moa and Isla de la Juventud, with distribution expanded in 2015 to provincial capitals Artemisa, Mayabeque, Matanzas, Camagüey and Holguín, the report said.
