Bnamericas
Chilean health insurer Integramedica has restructured US$6.5mn worth of debt with local bank Santander Santiago (NYSE: SAN) to finance future growth local financial daily El Diario quoted general manager Cesar Oyarzo as saying. Oyarzo said the group expects to double its Ebitda this year to US$5.5mn, compared to last year. The strong financial forecast is due to fact that the group already reached its full-year target in July. Integramedica has performed much better this year because last year several of the group's companies were immature and this year they have entered a more mature stage, which has generated increased group consolidation and synergy-related benefits. Integramedica has a total of 13 health clinics, of which two are located in regions.
