Japan, Panama advance No. 3 metro line plans
Panamanian President Juan Carlos Varela Rodríguez and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe have agreed to move forward plans for Japan to finance and build Panama's No. 3 metro line.
Panama's minister of the economy and finance, Dulcidio De la Guardia, will travel to Tokyo to meet with his Japanese counterpart to finalize the details of the agreement, according to a government release.
