Javier La Rosa named Managing Director of Chevron Latin America

Buenos Aires, May 2, 2024.- Javier La Rosa took over as Managing Director of Chevron Latin America, with its headquarters in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The business unit covers operations in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Suriname and Venezuela.
La Rosa has a wide 24-year career with Chevron in various positions worldwide. He assumes the position of Managing Director of the region after serving as president of Chevron Venezuela for the past six years and previously as president of Chevron in Brazil and Colombia. In his international experience, among other positions, La Rosa was president of Geothermal Energy, Strategy and Planning manager for IndoAsia and commercial manager for Africa and Latin America.
