Junior corporate roundup: Americas Silver, Aura, Cornerstone
Americas Silver announced an agreement with Minera Hochschild México to extend the timing of payments under an option agreement on the San Felipe silver-zinc-lead project in Mexico.
Americas purchased an option granting it the right to acquire a 100% stake in San Felipe in 2017.
Under the agreement, the remaining US$6mn cash payment will be payable in eight quarterly amounts of US$750,000, beginning in Q1.

Aura Minerals, which has mines in Brazil, Honduras and Mexico, completed a share consolidation on the basis of one new share for 10 old shares.
The consolidated shares will begin trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange on January 7.

Cornerstone Capital Resources appointed David Loveys as CFO, with current CFO Sabino Di Paola stepping into the role of controller.
Cornerstone has gold and copper projects in Ecuador and Chile.
