New Pacific Metals raised Cdn$19.9mn (US$14.8mn) as a result of previously issued share purchase warrants being exercised by Pan American Silver and Silvercorp Metals.
New Pacific has the Silver Sand project in Bolivia and assets in Canada and China.

Adventus Zinc raised Cdn$12.1mn in a previously announced non-brokered private placement to fund exploration and development at the Curipamba polymetallic project in Ecuador and general administrative and corporate purposes.

Maverix Metals, whose global portfolio of royalties and streams includes deals at assets in Mexico, Honduras, Peru, Argentina and the Dominican Republic, applied for a listing on the NYSE American exchange and plans to graduate to the Toronto stock exchange from the TSX-Venture Exchange.
Maverix also announced a 2:1 consolidation of its shares on the TSX Venture Exchange, effective May 23.
