Nossa Caixa announces $50m issue with UBS Warburg

Sao Paulo savings bank Nossa Caixa is to carry out a $50 million foreign issue lead managed by UBS Warburg, the bank's press office announced Monday afternoon. According to the bank's statement the process is beginning and, given favorable market conditions, Nossa Caixa expects the issue to take place around the middle of October. "The resources should be aimed at clients who want to improve their foreign currency portfolios," the statement said. by Rodney Vergili
