Oct. generation rises 4.92%

Guatemala's power generation was 581GWh in October, up 4.92% from October 2002, and up 3.73% from September this year, according to information from the wholesale market administrator (AMM). Total consumption increased 4.59% to 562GWh in October 2003 from the same month last year, and increased 4.9% from September this year. Total consumption was 5,250GWh in the first ten months of 2003.
