Several completed sections, corresponding to lots 2, 3 and 6 of the PY09-Transchaco route and totaling 87 km, were enabled this Monday, June 12, by authorities of the National Government, coinciding with the commemoration of the 88th anniversary of the signing of the "Peace of Chaco" protocol.
The event took place at the III Army Corps Seat in the city of Mariscal Estigarribia, department of Boquerón, with the participation of President Mario Abdo Benítez, ministers and vice ministers of the Executive Power, authorities of the Military Forces and special guests.
To date, 183.5 km have already been enabled and now with these new sections there are 270.5 kilometers of totally renewed route, out of a total of 558 kilometers.
The Transchaco Route Consortium, made up of Benito Roggio e Hijos SA and Los Trigales SA, in charge of Lot 2, enabled 60 km of the 61 km it is in charge of, for which it received an investment of G. 398,841,085,871.

It is worth mentioning that this consortium received the start order in June 2021, so the delivery of the work for subsequent maintenance is projected for June of this year, with the consultant Etel Studos Tecnicos Ltda being in charge of supervising.
In the same way, 23 km of Lot 3, awarded to the Avanza Chaco Consortium made up of the companies Ochoa SA, Tecnoedil SA, Constructora; Construpar SA, which has a total of 77 km of paving, for which it received a total investment of G. 593,060,830,032.
