Peru modifies power transmission call, launches refinery service tender
Peru’s investment promotion agency ProInversión has modified the timetable for the concession process of 500kV transmission projects Huánuco-Tocache-Celendín-Trujillo and Celendín-Piura.
The deadlines to pay the participation fee and present qualification documents were pushed back to July 18 and 25, respectively.
For its part, national oil company Petroperú launched bidding for the previously announced call to implement a new planning and optimization model for its Talara, Iquitos, Conchán, Pucallpa and El Milagro refineries, and the Bayóvar terminal.
Offers are due June 13, according to procurement information available here, using number 901485 (place the number in the “Identificador Convocatoria” box after clicking on “Búsqueda Avanzada”).
The winner will have seven months to implement the modeling platform and must provide support for 60 months.
The NOC, meanwhile, extended bidding to May 26 for the tender to audit the US$5.29bn modernization of the Talara refinery.
