Prepa to reduce tariffs 7% from Sep.

Puerto Rico's state power company Prepa will cut commercial and residential tariffs 7% from September, Prepa director Héctor Rosario was quoted as saying by Primera Hora news service, without detailing the factors that led to the decision.
