Belize Electricity announced that its BZ$25mn (US$12.5mn) series 6 debenture offer was fully subscribed, before the June 30 closing date.
"We received subscriptions for over BZ$45mn," a company release quoted senior finance and human resources manager Betty Tam as saying. Proceeds will be used to refinance series 3 debentures and or to redeem existing debentures.
