Roundup: Bolivia VNG, Peru EIS, Puerto Rico LNG
Bolivia's government is in talks with the armed forces to install VNG supply infrastructure on military land to cover demand, in particular in capital La Paz, state news agency ABI quoted President Evo Morales as saying.
There are only six pumps in La Paz, compared to 77 in Cochabamba and 106 in Santa Cruz, said the report, citing hydrocarbons and energy ministry data.

Graña y Montero Petrolera filed an EIS earlier this year with the energy and mines ministry to drill 37 wells at block V. The hearing is scheduled for August 28.
