Roundup: IDEAL rating, proposals call, WAPA solar, JPS, CDM request

Moody's assigned a Aa2.mx rating to each of Mexican group Impulsora del Desarrollo y el Empleo en América Latina's ( IDEAL) two proposed debt issues for a total of up to 4.5bn pesos (US$333mn). The outlook is stable. IDEAL, whose project portfolio includes hydro concessions Baitún (85.9MW) and Bajo de Mina (56.8MW), plans to use proceeds for new projects and general corporate purposes.
