Sencinet appoints Víctor Cucut as new Sales Director for the Southern Cone

The company is the result of the acquisition of BT's (British Telecommunications) national Latin American operations by CIH Group, a global private equity firm based in Washington DC and Singapore.

With experience at Siemens and Impsat, the executive worked for more than 17 years at Telefónica de Argentina where, for the last seven years, he was responsible for the corporate sales sector. “The market is going through a time of great transformation and Sencinet has a strategic position that gives it the right to be more and more protagonist. It is an exciting challenge to participate in this project, for which I hope to collaborate in the development of alliances and expansion of relationships that will make the company achieve its goals in the countries of the Southern Cone ”, he says.

The arrival of Víctor Cucut is part of a movement to expand the commercial structure started by Sencinet in the first half of this year, when the organization opened a selection process to hire professionals for the sales area throughout Latin America. In total, 60 vacancies were opened.

In addition to hiring, the company also began a comprehensive process of building partnerships with regional Internet providers (ISPs) to expand the distribution of its products, especially SD-WAN. The program has already contacted hundreds of partners in various Latin American countries.
