He explained: "in a win-win relationship, of shared benefits, of respect for the sovereignty of Venezuela."
He added that there are also European investors who are already present in Venezuela, whom he welcomed, "there are investors from all over the world, welcome," he added, recognizing that the greatest joy, motivation and energy "to continue fighting for our Venezuela beloved, for the great Homeland, is this agreement that we are signing today," he pointed out.
Signing of agreements is a signal for the Caribbean
"One of the most important gas fields in the eastern Venezuelan Caribbean, Trinidad and Tobago and Venezuela, we are going to produce gas together," he said, agreeing that it is a signal for the 18 Caribbean states.
