Sole bidder for Bolivia green hydrogen study
Bolivia’s state hydrocarbons company YPFB received one offer to carry out a conceptual engineering study for the implementation of green hydrogen, ammonia and methanol plants.
Egaflow H2V was the bidder for the 240-day contract which involves looking at the availability of raw materials, determining plant locations, and drafting a market study for the plants’ products and subproducts, among other tasks.
The work includes identifying sites near renewable energy systems or evaluating the feasibility of connecting to the national power grid.
A contract decision is expected in January.
