Superservicios starts the Colombia Shock Plan 2021 to listen to more than 13 thousand users

As a strategy to find out the perception of 13,800 users of public services in the country, the Superintendency of Home Public Services began the Colombia 2021 Shock Plan on Monday, with which it seeks to collect information on the conditions in which citizens receive services public aqueduct, sewerage, toilet, energy and gas.

The Colombia Shock Plan 2021 aims to strengthen the citizen participation strategy and the use of the Superservices service channels. In addition, it will allow us to characterize our users; and carry out inspection, surveillance and control tasks with the reported information that will be analyzed by the three delegated superintendencies of the entity: Aqueduct, Sewerage and Cleaning; Energy and Gas; and User Protection.
The Colombia Shock Plan 2021 began on April 5 and will run until June 4 in the national territory. The calls will be made from Monday to Friday between eight in the morning and six in the afternoon, and on Saturdays from eight in the morning to twelve noon. The Superservicios invites Colombians who are contacted by phone to participate and respond calmly and truthfully to the questions of the agents authorized by the entity.
