
Telefônica Vivo Expands Long Term Relationship with Amdocs to Support Their Quad-play Offering

JERSEY CITY, NJ - May 11, 2022 - Amdocs (NASDAQ: DOX), a leading provider of software and services to communications and media companies, today announced it extended its relationship with Telefonica Vivo to support Vivo’s quad-play offerings for an additional four years.
Amdocs Customer Experience Suite (CES) provides complete charging services for Telefonica VIVO and now touches all cities attended by Vivo. This assists Vivo’s continued investment in implementing features to improve the customer journey and their experience using their services. Amdocs supports VIVO NEXT postpaid and convergent fiber-to-the-home consumer businesses.
