Terminal Pacífico Project withdrawn to correct CGR observations

It should be noted that the contracting process was in the first stage of preparing offers, which would not be received until the deadline for receipt of offers, which expired until August 24 of the current year, but as of today it remains suspended in accordance with what was ordered by the Comptroller's Office.
