Banco Petrolero fulfills the mission of administering, managing, standardizing, integrating and preserving the information and technical documentation of hydrocarbons in the country. In addition, provide quality technical information to promote the participation of various actors in society, as a tool for competitiveness in academic and business processes.

The Directorate for the Analysis of Strategic Information on Hydrocarbons updates the information daily, which complies with a process of identification, digitization, coding, metadata capture, document upload and quality control of the consolidated data.
