The routes that will change the Neuquén road map

Statement from the Government of the Province of Neuquén
This is an automated translation of the press release issued in Spanish
With the focus on reversing the road infrastructure deficit, in 11 months the provincial government has made progress on 16 road projects that are key to the development of Neuquén . These are road connectivity projects that will boost the economy, productivity, tourism and the development of various communities.
This policy was strengthened through provincial regionalization, the prioritization of works and the work of the Provincial Unit for Liaison and Execution of Projects with External Financing (Upefe), dependent on the Ministry of the Cabinet; and the Provincial Directorate of Roads, of the Ministry of Infrastructure.
The government had to work hard to obtain international financing - it obtained a loan from the Development Bank of Latin America - CAF -; at the same time, various administrative procedures were carried out to be able to continue works that had been paralyzed by the reduction in the sending of national funds and, also, to renegotiate the contracts for public works that were being carried out.
