In an update, the UK company also echoed outlooks from fellow operators and expects no impact from the announced restructuring of state oil company Petrotrin.

The National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (NGC) and DeNovo Energy signed an agreement for the sale of natural gas from DeNovo's 1(a) block to NGC, which owns 20% of the offshore acreage.
The deal was inked ahead of DeNovo's delivery of gas later this year from the Iguana field in the block, which is the first gas development in the Gulf of Paria, NGC said in a statement.
"The agreement also brings a new upstream player into the gas supply stream as DeNovo will become the fifth gas producer in the country. This is in line with the strategic priorities of both companies to increase natural gas production for use by the petrochemical sector in Trinidad and Tobago by monetizing proven stranded natural gas reserves," the company said.
