Trinidad and Tobago state-owned Heritage Petroleum, the Caribbean country’s top oil producer, has opened prequalification to provide upstream services.

The call is for contractors and suppliers interested in providing drilling and workover services for onshore and offshore operations.

Service categories include cased hole logging, perforating, and cutting; coil tubing; wellhead supply - installation and engineering; land rigs; artificial lift; and subsea wellbore inspection and preparation.

Heritage will accept inquiries until April 23 and applications are due by May 16, according to the procurement notice available here and in the Documents box in the top right corner of the screen.
