The SS 564 Sustainable Data Center certification, granted by the renowned company EPI , positions Techco Peruana Win Empresas as a leader in the telecommunications and information technology sector as it is the first to have this certification, standing out for its commitment to the environment and innovation in technological infrastructure.

“We are very proud to have received the SS 564 Sustainable Datacenter certification. At Win Empresas, we understand the importance of operating in a responsible and sustainable manner, promoting energy savings. Without a doubt, this certification is a testimony of our continuous efforts to offer technological solutions that not only benefit our clients, but also protect the environment,” commented Augusto Cuadros, Director of the Cloud Unit at Win Empresas.

Commitment to sustainability from its design
The new Win Empresas Sustainable Datacenter has been designed to minimize environmental impact through energy efficient practices and the use of green technologies.
SS 564 certification supports our efforts to reduce energy consumption, effectively manage resources and adopt green measures in all our operations. The reduction in energy consumption is one of the central points of the Win Empresas Datacenter, which also translates into the efficient management of resources, the reduction of carbon emissions and the ecological footprint in all its stages. of operation. By complying with these international parameters, the Techco company confirms that its services and systems are robust, reliable and committed to the environment.

From its design, the main datacenter in Lima was conceived to comply with international environmental regulations. The choice of the place of construction, the dimensions and sealing of the rooms and environments, the materials implemented such as concrete and lighting, contemplated technical, quality and respect for the environment standards.

“We devised a datacenter that had the possibility of not having high thermal transfer from the outside. That is why our datacenter has an infrastructure of completely closed rooms, most of which are airtight. In addition, we kept in mind the thermal transfer through its structure and used friendly elements that do not release corrosive acid or spread fire. In fact, the luminaires used are 100% LED and the rooms were painted white and designed with high ceilings up to 5 meters high, to promote the ideal temperature and avoid the abuse of air conditioning,” added the Director of Win Empresas.

How does this certification benefit WIN EMPRESAS clients?
The sustainability certification of WIN Empresas' data center not only strengthens its commitment to the environment, but also offers tangible benefits to its clients. By adhering to rigorous sustainability standards, you ensure that your operations are not only efficient in terms of energy consumption, but also responsible with natural resources. This translates into a significant reduction in the carbon footprint associated with its operations, which not only meets the environmental expectations of its clients, but also strengthens WIN Empresas' reputation as a leader in sustainable technological infrastructure in the Peruvian corporate market. attracting clients and collaborators committed to sustainability.

Win Empresas has a network of five own datacenters interconnected by its fiber optic networks with world-class infrastructure, in which the philosophy of efficiency and reduction of environmental impact is transferred.
