Description: ORIGINAL TITLE (09/11/1990). Build, operate, exploit, conserve and maintain the high-specification highway section of the Armería-Manzanillo federal jurisdiction, with a length of 37 km of the Colima-Manzanillo highway, Colima; right of way is included. The term of the concession is 9 years 3 months. FIRST MODIFICATION (12/17/1992). The construction and conservation of the Salinero II Bridge is included. The validity of the concession is modified to 14 years. SECOND MODIFICATION (05/31/1994). The 19 km long Manzanillo Bypass is included, which is excluded in the Third Addendum. The validity of the highway concession is modified to 24 years 7 months. THIRD MODIFICATION (02/03/2006). The Manzanillo Bypass is excluded from the concession in order to make it free of toll. The validity of the concession is modified to 30 years. FOURTH MODIFICATION (11/19/2010). The validity of the concession is extended to allow the recovery of the investment made. FIFTH MODIFICATION (02/25/2011). The validity of the concession is modified, remaining at 30 years plus an extension from its expiration for up to 30 more years. SIXTH MODIFICATION (05/28/2021). The validity of the concession is modified, remaining at 60 years. Construction load to build: Works to widen the highway from 4 to 6 lanes, Jalipa-Colima elevated divestiture, Colima-Puerto divestiture, Expansion of the Manzanillo Bypass from 2 to 4 lanes with returns in Herradura (Stages 1 and 2), Expansion of 2 to 4 lanes Free Highway Section el Rocío-Autopista.
