Description: ORIGINAL TITLE (04/24/1992). Build, operate, exploit, conserve and maintain the high-specification road section of Durango-Yerbanís federal jurisdiction, with a length of 105.3 km, which begins at the 5 de Mayo junction in the City of Durango, km 9+960 and ends at km 115+200 originating in Durango, of the Durango-Cuencamé highway. Right of way is included. The term of the concession is 9 years 9 months. FIRST MODIFICATION (11/16/1994). The term of validity is increased to 30 years. SECOND MODIFICATION (07/28/2011). The construction, operation, exploitation, conservation and maintenance of: ii) Libramiento Norte de la Laguna, with a length of 40.7 km, which begins at km 9+280 of the Gómez Palacio-Cd federal highway is added. Juárez, and ends at km 37+076 of the Torreón-Saltillo highway, Coahuila; being obliged to build, preserve and maintain the uneven junctions to connect the section under concession Durango-Yerbanís with the Durango International Airport and with Guadalupe Victoria City, Durango. The term of validity is increased to an additional 30 years. THIRD MODIFICATION (03/20/2020). The construction, maintenance and conservation of the Libramiento de Cuota de Ixmiquilpan of 32 km type A2 is added. FOURTH MODIFICATION (11/10/2020). Added iv) Ciudad Juárez Bypass with a length of 31.3 km, which begins at the Santa Teresa junction located approximately at kilometer 332 of the Chihuahua - Cd. Juárez highway, and ends at the intersection with the federal highway, El Porvenir - Cd. Juárez, at the Ribereña junction that communicates with the Guadalupe - Tornillo international bridge, in the municipality of Guadalupe, both municipalities in the state of Chihuahua. (*) Project with financial participation or support from Banobras and/or the National Infrastructure Fund (Fonadin). On June 9, 2023, the SICT reported the start of operations of the 31.3 km Ciudad Juárez Bypass. Transport Roads / Bridges
