Description: ORIGINAL TITLE (12/15/2016). Build, modernize, operate, exploit, preserve and maintain the 93 km long high-specification highway, starting at km 0+000 and ending at km 93+000 of the Arriaga-Ocozocoautla highway (sections 1 and 2); and the Tuxtla Gutiérrez-San Cristóbal de las Casas highway, 46.5 km long (section 3). The right of way and its auxiliary services are included. - Section 1 "Arriaga-Tierra y Libertad" type A2, 20 km long, starting at km 0+000 (Arriaga junction) and ending at km 20+000 (Santa Isabel junction). - Section 2 "Tierra y Libertad-Ocozocoautla", type A2, 73 km long, starting at km 20+000 (Santa Isabel junction) and ending at km 93+000 (Ocozocoautla junction), includes construction. - Section 3 "Tuxtla Gutiérrez-San Cristóbal de las Casas" highway type A2, 46.5 km long, starting at km 0+000 (Chiapa de Corzo junction) and ending at km 46+500 (San Cristóbal junction). FIRST MODIFICATION (11/11/2009). Modifications are made in the condition referring to the fund for contingencies related to the release of the right of way and complementary works. SECOND MODIFICATION (06/12/2020). The expansion of 29 km to 3 lanes of the Tuxtla Gutiérrez-San Cristóbal Highway and additional works are added, the duration of the concession is increased by 20 years and the rate is increased. (*) Project with financial participation or support from Banobras and/or the National Infrastructure Fund (Fonadin). In 2008, the Concessionaire changed its corporate name, formerly México-España, SA de CV Transporte Carreteras / Puentes
