Description: ORIGINAL TITLE (08/29/1989). Build, preserve and operate the sections: i) on the Ciudad Juárez-Mexico highway, the Jiménez-Camargo section of 70 km; ii) on the Chihuahua-Ciudad Juárez highway, section km 83 to 152 (El Sueco, 69 km); section km 152 to 239 (El Sueco-Villa Ahumada, 87km); and section km 239 to 319 (Villa Ahumada-Samalayuca, 80 km). Valid for 17 years from the granting; 2 more years for related services that can be extended or extended. FIRST MODIFICATION (08/17/1994). Extension of the term to 25 years. SECOND MODIFICATION (08/29/2008). Extension of the term to 30 years from 08/29/1989. THIRD MODIFICATION (06/14/2013). Additional extension of up to 30 years that will expire on 08/29/2049. FOURTH AMENDMENT (04/20/2016). Operate, maintain, preserve and exploit the highway, including the use and exploitation of the right of way. Transport Roads / Bridges
