Description: AGREEMENT (06/29/1998). All the properties that constitute the general railway communication route of the Southeast are destined to the service of the Ministry of Communications and Transportation, as well as the properties and facilities for the provision of auxiliary services such as: cargo terminals, maintenance workshops and supply centers. The general railway communication route of the Southeast has a total length of 1,479.06 km including the route called Vía Corta Sur of 376.94 km. AGREEMENT (03/09/2000). The total number of properties that make up the general railway communication route called Vía Corta Oaxaca, as well as the properties where the facilities for the provision of auxiliary services are located, are used for the service of the Ministry of Communications and Transportation, such as: cargo, maintenance workshops and supply centers. The general railway communication route called Vía Corta Oaxaca has a total length of 218.5 km. It communicates to the states of Oaxaca and Puebla. ORIGINAL TITLE (10/14/2005). The company Ferrosur, SA de CV is granted a concession for the general rail communication routes that correspond to the Vías Cortas Oaxaca and Sur, as well as their operation and exploitation. The general railway communication routes comprise the railways, the right of way, the traffic control centers and the signals for the railway operation. This Concession will be in force for thirty years, counted from the date of conclusion of the delivery-receipt procedure of the Short Tracks and the Assets, or from December 1, 2005, whichever occurs first. FIRST MODIFICATION (10/01/2012). Excluded from the concession is the Vía Corta Oaxaca integrated by the railway line "E", Sánchez-Oaxaca, from km E-150+000 to km E-367+000, therefore said line and assets, with all the works and improvements made by the "CONCESSIONAIRE", which are adhered to it, revert to the Federal Government without limitation of domain and free of all encumbrances.
