Description: ALHUE SUNLIGHT PHOTOVOLTAIC PARK Power generation plants greater than 3 MW The Project consists of the construction of a photovoltaic park, called Alhué Sunlight, located in the commune of Alhué, Province of Melipilla, Metropolitan Region, in order to generate electricity through of the conversion of solar energy by means of photovoltaic modules. Said energy will be inserted into the National Electric System (SEN), through a 23 kva electric distribution line. The characteristics of the park contemplate the installation of 22,334 photovoltaic modules of 500 Wp, of 84 and 56 modules per table, according to the following distribution: 230 tables of 84 modules and 54 tables of 56 modules. There will also be 2 transformation centers. The Project also considers the construction of a 415 m long 23 kV power line, which will transport the energy generated in the Park to the Connection Point with the National Electric System (SEN). It should be noted that the project is considered a Small Distributed Generation Means (PMGD); whose nominal power is 11.17 MWp, and will be located on an approximate area of 17.49 hectares. The useful life of the photovoltaic park is estimated to be approximately 40 years. The objective of the Project is to generate electrical energy, from the use of solar energy, through a photovoltaic park with a nominal installed power equal to 11.17 MWp. The Project is framed in the context of Non-Conventional Renewable Energies (NCRE), contributing to the production of clean energy through the use of renewable resources that occur in the Metropolitan Region, being considered a PMGD Project. Therefore, by delivering clean energy to the local distribution network and the National Electric System (SEN), it will contribute to satisfying the constant increase in energy demand that is registered at the community, regional and national levels.
