Including the exclusive right to enter into the PPS (Project for the Provision of Services) contract with the Federal Government. It includes the right of way, its auxiliary services, accessories, works and constructions. The project involves widening and improving a highway connecting Tehuantepec with Mitla, southeast of the city of Oaxaca. It will facilitate communication with the Isthmus of Tehuantepec region and the neighboring states of Chiapas and Veracruz, as well as provide better access to the Mixe region. It will also improve the development of highly marginalized communities through the granting of subsidies for the paving of municipal capitals that connect and form part of the accesses to the Mitla-Entronque Tehuantepec II highway, which are: Santiago Quiavicuzas, San Juan Lachixila, Santiago Lachiguiri and Santo Domingo Tepuxtepec. The road will benefit more than 80,000 inhabitants of the 16 communities through which it passes. More than 1,891 direct jobs and 5,673 indirect jobs will be generated during the construction stage. It is estimated that the entire route will save 2.5 hours, which will be used by more than 3,000 vehicles per day on average.
