The project is born due to the important economic and population growth that the districts of Arraiján and La Chorrera have had in the last years, as a result of serving as a dormitory city for the population that moves daily to work to the capital city. It is recognized that both districts have become urban areas of rapid development, making the adaptation and construction of a sanitary sewer system necessary to meet current and future needs and demands, through the implementation of a sanitation project for both districts.
