Description: The project includes the construction of Huawei's second data center in Brazil, named AZ2, mainly as a backup for the cloud services offered by its other facility in the country. In addition to providing increased capacity, the redundancy unit would appeal to customers concerned about migrating critical workloads to the cloud.
