In addition, it will have an independent connection line that joins that of the Madre Vieja solar park, which extends to the Progreso substation. Once it enters into operation, Baco will avoid the emission of 46,516 tons of CO2 and 8.84 million cubic meters of gas. The initiative, which will be distributed in an area of 32ha, will be located in the town of Progreso, district of Barú, province of Chiriquí, Panama.
