Description: Ballota Photovoltaic Solar Park Power generation plants greater than 3 MW The Project consists of the construction and operation of a Photovoltaic Solar Park (PSF) for the generation of electricity, contemplating the installation of 17,940 solar panels of approximately 470 Wp, grouped electrically in 2 inverters of 3,000 kW nominal power each. The panels will be mounted on 1-axis tracking structures (mobile supports) called trackers, which are installed directly on the ground, without concrete foundations. It is considered to use trackers with a 2V configuration (two modules vertically) and 2 transformation centers, each equipped with an inverter and a transformer. Regarding the configuration of the panels, a group of 26 modules connected in series and 300 series of modules per inverter is considered. To evacuate the energy, the Project will require a 13.2 kV Medium Voltage Power Line (LMT) made up of an aerial section with an approximate length of 440 m. Said LMT will connect the Plant from its sectioning center with the existing connection point of the local electrical distribution network. The Project will be located entirely in the Longaví commune, Linares province, Maule region. The objective of the Project is to produce electricity from the direct conversion of light energy from the sun, thus promoting the use of the characteristics of the area for the production of Non-Conventional Renewable Energies (NCRE). The Project will have a nominal power of 6.00 MW, thus attending to the generation of electrical energy, which corresponds to a fundamental basic service for the economic growth and social development of the country. The foregoing is in line with the Chilean Energy Policy: Energy 2050.
