Description: MANTOS DEL SOL Power generating plants greater than 3 MW The "Mantos del Sol" Project consists of the construction and operation of an electricity generation plant composed of 24,786 solar modules of 430 Wp or similar, with a Connected Power of 9 MWp and a installed power of 10.66 MWp. This project includes a transformation station made up of 3 stations with 3 inverters each, which will evacuate the 23 kV alternating current energy. The project will be located in an area of 25.8 hectares, in which the temporary and permanent works of the project will be installed. Of these 25.8 ha, a total of 21.5 ha are dedicated to the polygon where the photovoltaic panels and equipment will be installed, 0.5 ha correspond to the installation of work sites, 1.1 ha to internal roads, 1.7 ha in areas without panels and finally 1.0 ha correspond to the Electric Line and its security strip. The energy generated in the solar park will be conducted to the transformation center that will transform the DC voltage to AC, and will raise the voltage to 23 kV, then the energy will be evacuated through the Electric Line, which has a length of 1.47 kilometers until the future Cala Morritos Sub Station, connecting to the T / D of the latter where it will rise from 23 kV to 220 kV to be evacuated through a dedicated line that connects to a trunk system. The project aims to be a significant contribution to the national energy matrix, by promoting the use of renewable resources in the area for the production of clean energy, avoiding negative influences on the environment and making sustainable development possible. The objective of the Project is to capture and transform solar energy into electrical energy to inject 9 MW into the grid, with an installed power of 10.66 MWdc, connecting to the grid belonging to the National Electric System (SEN), so it is presents this project in order to obtain a favorable Environmental Qualification Resolution (RCA), through the environmental and sector evaluation of this document.
