The project includes widening the lanes of the North Highway from 245th Street to Caro, construction of a second roadway and improvement of the existing roadway from 7th race from 245th Street to Caro; construction of a dual carriageway variant that will connect Chía with Bogotá at the height of the North Highway, and the operation and maintenance of the corridor formerly known as Devinorte.
