It will help to alleviate the bottlenecks that form where the exit of the Ñu Guasu tunnel meets the Transchaco highway and Primer Presidente Ave., where six lanes converge into two. It will allow vehicles coming from Luque and Mariano Roque Alonso to easily enter the Costanera. The main viaduct will be built over Primer Presidente Ave. between Santísimo Sacramento Ave. and the turnoff to Viñas Cué, with complementary works in the same area.
