It also includes the implementation of a wireless access network whose main function is to provide the necessary network coverage so that end users in rural localities can access the broadband services provided by the project. The project is part of the National Telecommunications Program, which aims to close the digital divide, providing coverage, access, use and appropriation of new technologies to the population.
