The preliminary bus route will go from La Ceja, El Alto city, to Cota Cota in La Paz. The use of an electronic payment system for the mass transport network is currently being evaluated. The project includes building exclusive bus lanes, terminals and parking facilities. The project will be implemented in two stages: the first one includes the construction of six lines and the second one consists of four lines.
