The total extension will be 115.3km. The concession includes four roads: SP 270, SP 280, SP 029 and SPA 053/280 and also the municipal section between the municipalities of Cotia and Embu das Artes, parallel to Rodoanel Oeste. It will benefit 14 municipalities. The project foresees investments for the duplication of 36.16 km, implementation of 36.65 km of additional lanes, 48.26 km of marginal roads; 24 new devices, adaptation of 59 new works of special arts; 38 new walkways and 73 bus stops. The concession will be valid for 30 years and will require around 9bn reais in investments.
