Construction of the Administrative Area and Storage of the Santa Maria University Hospital Husm/ufsm, Santa Maria/rs

Description: The construction of the administrative area and warehouse of the Santa Maria University Hospital (HUSM-UFSM) comprises a total of approximately 4,800 m² of interventions. The proposal, in general terms, involves the construction of an administrative area and warehouse with the need for landscaping interventions arranged as follows: improvements in a precast concrete structure with an area of 2,159.89 m² divided into a lower floor of 1,449.99 m² and an upper floor of 709.90 m². Landscaping segmented into parking areas, access areas, sidewalks, bicycle parking, technical area and green area, totaling 3,350.01 m². The construction will include the following systems: shallow foundations; precast concrete superstructure; earthworks and earth movement; paving; roofing system; protection system; plumbing and rainwater installations; fire-fighting installations; electrical and lighting installations; lightning protection system; air conditioning; waterproofing; walls and panels; coatings; painting; ceilings; frames and metalwork services; substation fixtures, metals and accessories; medical gas installations, LPG gas installations; other systems and services that are necessary for the adequate and complete completion of the object. The HUSM/UFSM - EBSERH operates in the area of education in several specialties, training people through its undergraduate and graduate courses in the health area. In addition, it offers opportunities for people from other areas of activity to develop their knowledge through agreements and/or internships that are offered by the institution. The units of the HUSM-UFSM hospital complex are composed of a set of buildings with different characteristics and purposes that meet the various actions aimed at health and, also, the administrative and warehouse areas. Within the institution's strategic planning, there is a need to expand the infrastructure by creating new storage spaces for materials/supplies and areas for administrative use. Thus, the construction of the administrative area and warehouse aims to meet this demand. It is also worth mentioning that, currently, the HUSM/UFSM-EBSERH has rental costs for the area intended for the warehouse located approximately 6km from the healthcare area. ID: 42429.43-39
