The objective is to facilitate the movement of goods and people between Paraguay and northwestern Argentina, northern Chile, and Chile's Pacific ports. The project is the third section that forms part of the bioceanic corridor. This project includes road improvements in the city of Mariscal Estigarribia, its traffic circle, the PY09 collector road, as well as accesses to the airport and the air terminal itself. Also in Pozo Hondo and its airport, toll and weighing posts for heavy vehicles, a border control center in Pozo Hondo, plus compensation for expropriation of land and destruction of improvements. All this accompanied by an Environmental Management Plan and Environmental Services. The project is divided into four lots corresponding to: Lot 1 Lot 2 Lot 3 Lot 4
