The desalination plant will be implemented in three sub-phases: in the first phase, production will be 800 l/s; the second phase will increase its capacity to 1,000 l/s; and in the third phase, it will reach its final capacity of 1,200 l/s. Construction activities for the project's commissioning will be carried out during sub-phase 1, while the following sub-phases only contemplate the assembly and installation of equipment for the increase in production capacity.
