Description: The Project is located at the intersection of the free Federal Highway "Puebla-Tehuacán" MEX 150 (Federal Highway 150) and Avenida 18 de noviembre, in the Municipality of Puebla, State of Puebla, and consists of (i) the construction of a 462 m long Vehicular Overpass (PSV) at km 5+800 of Federal Highway 150; (ii) the construction of an elevated viaduct 329 m long at km 5+800 of Federal Highway 150, in the direction of Puebla Centro towards Avenida 18 de noviembre; (iii) reconditioning of side streets, curbs, sidewalks, lighting, vertical and horizontal signage, in the area included in the PROJECT; and (iv) the construction of a stormwater collector at km 5+800 of Federal Highway 150. The PROJECT will achieve operational efficiency at the indicated intersection, since it will allow vehicles to circulate smoothly at an average speed of 60 km/h without the intervention of traffic lights, offering a level of service "A" Internal Rate of Return (social): 16.07%
