These plants will treat the resource that is already in the water network of the Metropolitan Area of Querétaro and will transfer it to the El Batán dam, in Corregidora, where it will finally be made drinkable for distribution to the urban area. The objective of the project is to use the dam for storage, so its water level will not affect the operation of the system.
