There are 53 works in the project and they are grouped into seven tractor electrical substations (SET), whose construction consists of two stages: First stage: SET 1, 2 and 3, with 19 works (Mérida-Cancún section). Second stage: SET 4, 5, 6 and 7, with 34 works (Cancún-Chetumal section).
