Unit P-80 will be the ninth unit to operate in the Búzios field and will be contracted on a turnkey basis to reflect Petrobras' strategy of developing new projects using its own platforms. The project will include a mechanism for the treatment and reinjection of the water extracted from the reservoir, technologies aimed at reducing polluting gas emissions and the incorporation of systems that reduce the need for divers to inspect the hulls.
